Gympie Conference Centre offers a full catering service for your conference. Please note that external caterers are not permitted at this venue.

Breakfast packages
GCC offers a number of breakfast packages, including Continental Breakfast, Full Buffet Breakfast and Business Breakfast Meeting.

Refreshment options
GCC offers a number of light refreshment options, that are suitable for different stages of your function.

Lunch packages
GCC offers a number of lunch packages including the Working Lunch package, the Buffet Lunch package and the Barbecue Lunch package.

Cocktail packages
GCC offers both hot and cold canape packages, suitable for all stages of your event.

Dinner packages
GCC offers a number of dinner package styles, including set menus, buffet menus and banquet menus.

Beverages
The Gympie Conference Centre is fully licensed. The centre practices Responsible Service of Alcohol, for the care and safety of our guests. No BYO beverages are permitted.
