Gympie Conference Centre's catering service offers the following cocktail style menu options:

Stay and Play
From $6.00 per person
Enjoy one drink on arrival – choose from espresso coffee, soft drink and orange juice with assorted bar snacks. Meanwhile shoot some pool or play a game of darts.

Mix 'n' Mingle
From $5.80 per person
Finish your event with a selection of hot canapés for half an hour.

Canape options
Canape menu options are available for lunch, dinner and pre and post functions.

Cold canapes

• Smoked salmon with horseradish cream
• King prawn with lime mayonnaise
• Profiteroles filled with cheese and rosella
• Ham mousse and asparagus
• Camembert and cranberry
• Roast beef with sundried tomato and mustard
• Goat’s cheese and Roma tomato tartlets

Hot canapes

• Seared tikka chicken skewers
• Gourmet spicy meatball
• Thai snapper cakes with ginger aioli
• Battered button mushrooms
• Crispy vegetable spring rolls
• Savoury mini quiches
• Gourmet lamb pies with parmesan mash
• Crunchy Thai chicken cakes with chilli dipping sauce

• Choice of three canapes for 30 minutes from $8.00 per person
• Choice of five canapes for one hour from $13.00 per person
• Choice of eight canapes for two hours from $21.00 per person
• Choice of 10 canapes for three hours from $30.00 per person

• Oak smoked side salmon carved by the chef, grissini and salsa verde - $75.00 per platter
• Bucket of fresh cooked king prawns with lime aioli and Turkish bread - $75.00 per bucket
• Tempura seafood with crispy wedges and lime aioli - from $8.50 per person
• Nasi goreng with spicy peanut chicken satays - from $8.50 per person
• Caesar salad with French capers and apricot scented hot smoked salmon - from $8.50 per person
