Gympie Conference Centre has a range of packages to suit your needs. We can cater for both small and large groups, with a maximum capacity of 300 guests.

Gympie Conference Centre offers a number of venue hire options, include half and full day options. We offer special packages for guests utilising day hire that incorporate morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. We also offer packages for guests who are staying in our on-site accommodation, which include buffet breakfast and dinner packages.

Conference room prices

Main Conference Room: Room hire starting from $200.

Conference Rooms One and Two: Room hire starting from $120.

Conference Room Three: Room hire starting from $150.

Recreational Room: Room hire starting from $320.

The Boardrooms: Room hire starting from $70.

The Lounge Bar breakout area: Room hire starting from $50.
