Priced per person (minimum of 40 people)

Entree
Choose two soups from the following options:

• Gently spiced sweet potato and coconut soup with a seafood dumpling
• Roast tomato and capsicum with a crisp fried salami float
• Velvety smoked cod, potato and leek with salmon caviar

Main
Choose two main courses from the following options:

• Roast loin of pork filled with prunes and sweet potato mash set on red currant port jus
• Grilled chicken breast with rich bacon and onion jus served with puff pastry fleuron and mild mustard mash
• Slow roast rib fillet set on mushroom and leek compote with a sweet potato fritter
• Rack of lamb with a mustard and herb crust set on red wine and lentil ratatouille with traditional duchesse potato
• Pan fried snapper with hazelnut blu blanc on saffron rice

Dessert
Choose two desserts from the following options:

• Traditional pavlova with fruit salad and a tangy passionfruit sauce
• Coconut brulee with raspberry gelato
• Warm rich chocolate and rum pudding with a dollop of double cream
• Chocolate and mango parfait with warm cherries
