Standard package inclusions
All wedding packages at Gympie Conference Centre include the following:
Pre-reception canapes – for 30 minutes we will serve your guests a selection of hot and cold canapés together with your choice of beverage package
Overnight accommodation – the bride and groom are given use of our executive suite for the wedding night, complete with sparkling wine and breakfast in the restaurant the following morning
Special accommodation rates for wedding guests
Complimentary parking in front of the venue
Elegant wedding decorations, including chair covers with the coloured ties of your choice
Choose one of five table centerpieces with tea light candles for the bridal table and guest tables
Skirting for the bridal table and cake table
A decorated registry table at the waterfall for outdoor ceremonies
A fairy light backdrop behind the bridal table
Package extras
All of the decorations mentioned above can be upgraded for a fee. Our wedding specialist stocks a huge display of wedding decorations, which enables you to choose from the complete range.
Other popular options are the wedding poster containing a photo, the guest seating plan placed on an easel, and silver or gold heart card holders and table numbers. These options incur an additional charge, but make a beautiful addition to your special day.
Service fee
Our wedding venue service fee is $500.00. This includes:
Room hire for the duration of your reception
Attention to detail with your wedding set up
Professionally trained and presented wait staff
Use of the waterfall for the ceremony
Beautiful garden areas for photographic opportunities
